(1) Fresh semen 50μl, add 5ml diluted sample cleaning solution

(2) 1500-2000rpm 5 minutes, discard supernatant. Leave precipitate 20-40ul and shake up.

(3) Take 3ul solution to disposable semen sample processing glass warehouse, observed under optical microscope

[Test results Interpretation]

Sperm have to be fresh.
